FoodX Logistics operates a 10-vehicle cold-chain fleet out of Çayırova depot in Kocaeli. A 94-day delivery dataset spanning 2,615 orders and 4,490 pallets revealed a structural problem: static route definitions and fixed vehicle assignments were preventing the existing fleet capacity from being fully utilized.

yilven designed and ran a four-scenario optimization study comparing the current constrained model against two dynamic routing strategies. The analysis demonstrated that unassigned orders could be reduced from 307 to 12 — a 96.1% improvement — without adding vehicles, by moving from static cluster routing to dynamic daily assignment.
